Remove ANTs

🧹 Remove Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANTs) from your mind.

ANTs are cynical, gloomy and complaining thoughts that seem to be coming all by themselves.

These thoughts can become self-fulfilling prophecies. Remove them in three steps:

  1. Become aware of the thoughts

  2. Challenge them

  3. Replace them with positive, affirming thoughts
