Mess Up Journal

✍️ Keep a failure journal

Every time you mess up, write it in your journal and leave two lines free. One month later, write what you learned. Six months later, write what good came out of it. This way, each “mess up” brings gratitude and learning.

Say you lose your license for speeding. After a month (or sooner), you may learn that it doesn’t pay to speed. After a few months, you may have improved your health because you’ve taken the bicycle instead of the car.
